Residential complex consisting of four residential buildings. The first building built in 2012 is the subject of a restyling while the other three buildings are newly designed.
The main facade on via Cereria is composed of three layers. The concrete base, punctuated by a series of vaults that support the buildings and the shelter that winds over the commercial and green spaces of the area and physically links all the volumes that rise.
The central body, where most of the apartments are developed, is characterized by pure volumes, carved out by loggias and regular openings.
The attics are located in the crown. Also recognizable by the external cladding of the exposed brick walls that wants to materially recall the large chimney located in the northern part of the lot that has remained as a testimony to the historical industrial identity of the area.
