The project involves the construction of a single-family residential building within a newly developed lot. The building, which is conceptually linked to Mediterranean villas, is divided into two pure volumes recognizable by different materials: a smaller one in stone and a larger one in gray plaster that has brick screens to protect the sun and ensure greater privacy for the inhabitants.
The distribution of the internal spaces includes the living area on the ground floor, including the entrance, a service bathroom, the heating system and the laundry room. A portico extends towards the west, creating a transition area between the internal and external spaces. In front of this portico, a swimming pool covered with ceramic materials or stone is planned, which enriches the external area.
From the entrance you access a hallway that leads both to the service area and to the living area, consisting of a living room and a kitchen, characterized by large windows that overlook the portico and the swimming pool. To the east, there are additional accessory rooms, such as the laundry room and a bathroom, all connected via the hallway.
On the first floor, accessible via a flight of stairs, there is the sleeping area. This is organized around a corridor that leads to the bedrooms, including one further west, equipped with a private bathroom. Proceeding towards the south, there is a closet and the bathroom dedicated to the sleeping area.
