EX City Hall

The main objective is to regenerate and give new life to the existing building while maintaining the existing volumetric and aesthetic characteristics, emptying it of the obsolete existing structures (stairwell and floors), redefining and freeing the internal plan. The project aims to compositionally rearrange the aesthetics of the building, characterized by architectural elements subsequent to the original body, while keeping the volume unchanged. The different construction phases are declared through the use of materials and are exploited to obtain a functionally new and aesthetically pleasing product without the need to upset the existing one.
