The newly constructed residential building, consisting of six housing units, integrates harmoniously along Viale Venezia in Bassano del Grappa, within a plot characterized by an elongated and complex shape. The design stems from the desire to combine functionality, living comfort, and architectural quality, while enhancing the surrounding urban and landscape context. The building rises half a floor above street level — a choice that ensures greater privacy for the ground-floor apartments and at the same time reduces the need for excavation for the underground garage. The composition of the volumes, carefully studied in terms of proportions and light, generates a contemporary and dynamic architectural language capable of dialoguing with the existing urban fabric while maintaining its own strong identity. Large openings and loggias face the surrounding landscape, offering privileged views and an open outlook, though not directly toward Monte Grappa. The use of natural materials and refined, understated finishes gives the project an elegant and enduring character, perfectly integrated into the urban setting of Bassano del Grappa.
